Well I hail from beef country and I ate a filet at California Grill 2 weeks ago that was hands down the best steak I have ever eaten in my life. Cooked to absolute perfection it just melted in my mouth!

California Grill made the best steak I've ever eaten as well!!!

I'm hoping that it is going to be the Yatchmans's b/c we have ADRs there, but we also have V/A ADRs also....so we will see.

I think there is a distinct difference in quality between signature spots and regular spots. The filet at Citricos, Yachtsman, and Jiko weren't even in the same realm as the filet at Concourse and LeCellier. Concourse had a very good steak for the price, and much better than LeCellier, but of course htey are closing =(

I had the best cut at Citricos, honestly. But all 3 of those signature spots were excellent.

I have not tried Shula but I can't imagine that there would be a better steak on property.

I've had Le Cellier, Cali Grill, Chefs de France, Coral Reef and Boatwrights and I rank as the following:

1. Chefs de France (wow)
2. Coral Reef (most like one you would have in your own backyard)
3. Boatwrights (suprisingly tender, juicy and tasty)
4. Le Cellier (overrated, and just not that great)
5. Cali Grill (no way, it was tough, full of nerves and strong tasting)

Goes to show, everyone's tastes are different and you can also get unlucky on a particular night... Shula's is definitely on the list for the next trip!

The best steak I ever had was at Le Cellier.

I agree. the steak/filet mignon is amazing.

At least when we last ate there for dinner about a year ago, Chefs de France did not offer a decent steak on the menu. We've crossed Chefs off our list.

I would say it's a tie between FLying Fish and Yachtsman. We are trying Raglan Raod for the first time in a couple weeks. I'm sure someone in my family will get the steak. I hope it's good!

California Grill has the BEST steak. I'm not a big steak eater but this was perfection! It was tender and flavorful. YUM!

For me, it's a tie - California Grill and Le Cellier. Had filet mignon at both and they were wonderful!
