Where do you pickup annual pass?

I ordered annual passes (with DVC Discount) and received vouchers. Where can these vouchers be turned in for the actual AP?

Guest Services outside any park gate (including both EPCOT gates) or at Downtown Disney Marketplace or West Side.

Remember to bring your ID and DVC card, they asked for both when we picked them up at MGM in June

If you are staying at an Epcot resort (which I think you are, since your sig says BCV -05) I HIGHLY recommend going to the international gateway at Epcot to exchange these, as the lines at the other theme parks can get long. We went to MGM to do this in May and it took 45 min, the windows at Epcot were empty the rest of the week and I got to hear about it everytime we were going into Epcot (DH wanted to go to Epcot, I wanted to go to MGM, so that is why )

Where exactly at Downtown Disney? We'll be staying at SSR in September and don't plan on hitting any parks our first day, but would like to get the passes taken care of.

I am also wondering the same thing about where to get the APs ...I am planning on using the Epcot gateway...we won't be arriving until like 7:00pm...does anyone know how long they would be open...thanks..amy

Guest Services in the marketplace area is inside the building directly behind Ghiradelli's, near where the robots are that paint T-shirts. They recently moved there. I don't know where they are located on West Side, but the Ghirdelli location will be closer to SSR anyway.

The DD Guest Relations offices are open the same hours as the DD shops - most nights that is until 11 or 11:30PM. Sometimes later.

For the record, the West Side office is near the bridge/walkway between the West Side and PI.

We picked up and bought our AP's at DD, and of course had to get a Choc. Milkshake at Gillradiees (sp)? That made it ALL GOOD!!

I second the International Gateway to activate the passes. We just got back from 10 days at the World and walked right up around 4:00, had no wait, and got our passes quickly with no aggravation!

When do the passes begin? I know I can go in right away but what if I got them on say a Saturday night but didn't actually go to a park until Sunday or Monday. Does the year begin the day you buy them or when you actually start using them?

AP begins on the date it is issued.

can you buy them then or do you have to pre order and bring a voucher, we are not getting the dining card so that is not an issue. We would like to do everything when we get there, any advice, we plan on going to down town disney, now it looks like we have to get ice cream to.

You can buy your DVC-discounted Aps/PAPs on site - at any place that sells the "regular" APs/PAPs. No need to pre order.

What's so terrible about getting ice cream, too??

I am somewhat confused on the AP thing. Let me start with what I know. If I purchase now, I will receive a voucher but I do not activate it until I am going down to WDW in late November.

I guess my question is what can I do with my voucher currently?

Purchase discounted tickets to say Mickey's Xmas thing?

Book discounted rooms?

Maybe this is implied with what has been said, but can you get the AP's at the gate at the MK, or do you have to get them where they sell tickets at the Transportation Center. We want to eat at AP in WL, then take a boat over on Saturday evening and buy the AP's then. This is if we are lucky enough to get on an earlier flight. (Please please send us Pixie Dust for that.) Otherwise, we'll be buying the AP's at DTD because, our planned flight has us getting into MCO at 8 something PM.
