Where Do You Get Disney Gift Cards?

I live in Canada and will be going to WDW for the second time in February. I was reading another thread talking about gift cards and thought that might be a better idea than to carry so much cash. I'm just wondering...where do you get these gift cards?

you can get gift cards on line or at your local disney store

I think I also read on another thread that you can buy gift cards at the resort gift shop once you arrive

Are those the only places? I don't like to order offline, I don't live near a Disney store, and I'm not staying at a resort! Do you know the site you can get the cards if I do decide to do it?
