Where do you find Visa discounts?

The last time I remember seeing a discount specifically for Visa holders was last year on the Disney site. My husband thinks there's always discounts for Visa holders. Is this true? If so, are they posted somewhere?

Disney Visa discounts are rarely, if ever exclusive. They are usually the same discount released to general public, but released a bit earlier for Disney Visa cardholders to book. That being said, the last 2 discount offers were not offered early for Disney Visa Cardholders.
