Where do we find Dora?

Can anyone tell me which park and what location is Dora?

Dora was at the entrance of Universal - Islands of Adventure so you could have your picture made with her and then in the kids area where Jimmy Neutron is and Dr. Seuss.

I've seen Dora mostly in Universal Studios across from Shrek.

I believe you would find Dora at the Universal Studios w/ the Nickelodeon
characters.

That's where we saw her too. I believe the spot is close to the Jimmy Neutron exit.
