Where can we find tink at the MK ?

Only flying overhead at the beginning of "Wishes", the fireworks show. Because of the size issue -- she's supposed to be a tiny fairy, not people sized -- there are no "up close and personal" opportunities with Tink.

when tink 'flies' is it a shape outline lit up that goes on a track, or is it a beam of light shone over head, or ? (just curious!) thanks!

It's a fairy of course!

Actually - it is a live performance!

She flys around a shop in Fantasyland also. Supposedly if you are the first one in the shop when they open - they let you wake her up and you can get a certificate or something (I've never done it but I read about it!). :wizard:

When my daughter gets older (only 1 right now) I would love to go "wake" tink !!

And when it's working look into the Keyhole of the dresser and she might be in there.

With the Disney Fairies being pushed I think they will be coming soon along with the movie.

I really hope they do not decide to put a "people" sized Tink out in the parks.

Tink is a fairy, fairies are little, Tink is busy happily spreading magic and pixie dust through out WDW and I just can't see a life size Tink in the parks being a good thing. Especially after seeing a big Tink in the DL Christmas parade in a reeeeeaaaaaalllllyyyyyy AWFUL wig!

:wizard: KEEP TINK FAIRY SIZED PLEASE! :wizard:

REALLY???? Does that mean its a person that is on a track of somesort, disguised as Tinkerbell?? neat! should have known, it IS disney. :O) :goodvibes

I remember once when my DD14 asked where Tink was to Peter Pan. His reply was, right here and he pointed right next to him. It was pretty cool!

As much as I would love to meet Tink, I really agree with Disney keeping Tink small and only flying through the sky during wishes. It's just more magical that way.

It is a real person in a Tink costume. They fly down a wire that goes from Cinderella Caste to the roof tops in Tomorrowland.

If you get your picture taken by their photographers on the street, they can put Tink in your picture. We got one at the MK entrance, and they had my son hold his hand open. The pictures came, and he was holding Tinkerbell!
:tink:

Tink is alive and well, and flies out of Cindy's castle every night! She is a very live, real, pixie/fairie size person......but you'll never in this day and age find her walking, standing or posing for pic's in the park....she can't stand still that long....she has to fly, keep Peter out of trouble...check and make sure Wendy doesn't get in her way, and of course, keep track of Capt. Hook so Peter stays safe!

Have a magical time!
