Where can I meet Santa Duffy?

I've decided it's a wish for my upcoming trip...

I want to meet Santa Duffy! I have not found any info on Kenny the Pirate's site saying where he does meet and greets- I know Regular Duffy is exclusive to Epcot, but how about Santa Duffy? I'm seen pictures of him...and I've decided he is a must to meet!

Regular Duffy changes his outfit to become Santa Duffy in Epcot from November. He should already have changed outfits. We met him last year mid November in his Christmas outfit

I have seen Santa Duffy out on Thursday. He was in between the two boats that take you across the world showcase.

This is GREAT news!! Thank you so much! I saw some pictures of him, and I decided this is a MUST DO for this tiny magical 1 day trip.

When does Santa Duffy go back to Sailor Duffy? Day after Christmas? After the New Year?

The flip back is dependent on when the techs remove the Christmas decor from his set. I would guess Dec. 31 or Jan. 1 because that is after the holiday events close at Epcot. They'll finalize the date when it gets closer.
