Where can I find a GOOD gingerbread cookie?

We thought the gingerbread Mickey at Trolley Car Cafe in HS was great…never did see them anywhere else in the parks though.

I tried the gingerbread sandwich cookie at the Carmel shop in Germany. It is crazy sweet (I am not a super sweet dessert person) I was not expecting it as gingerbread tends to be a little savory. Just wanted to mention it for the non-sugary sweet folks.

Since my AP is blocked until the new year I'll have to wait until next season to see if Disneyland and WDW share recipes...

They used to do a full sized gingerbread house at the Grand Floridian in December. If they still do I challenge you to eat your way through that.
