Where can I find a Disney Sally Costume ?

I've looked a lot of places but most of them fit to a size 14 or 16 and almost all the ones on Ebay are Large or bigger. My DD14 wants to be sally this year and I would love to let her. It is the first time we have gotten to take her TOTing in years and all my other kids have their costumes. I did bid on one from TDS in a medium but it has 5 days left and questions posted so I'm assuming watchers too.

DD is 5'7" and 113 lbs, so a medium would work well and a small might be too tight.

7-9 might be a tad big, but better than too tight or way too big.
