We are going to Minneapolis in May for the DIS meet. We will make a nice weekend out of it.

And we are going to Sturgeon Bay, Door County, in July. We rented a house with my parents and Brother. That should be a great time!

Probably lots of camping/boating trips this summer too.

I'm going to Cape Cod......with all the rest of the tourists.
Actually I live here. We have sooo... much fun here in the summer. A 15 minute drive home from work expands to 1 hour, and if it rains forget it.....absolute traffic gridlock!!!
We spend a considerable amount of time poking fun at the tourists who attempt to navigate their way around our infamous rotaries. Okay, I'll admit it....we're BAD. But I'm sure the Floridians laugh at us when we come into town.

Well, looks like East Lansing, Mich is one stop, LOL.

Hopefully, a trip to Fl Panhandle before DS starts at MSU.


Have a good time in Vegas, lots to do there, I hear.

We're probably sticking close to home this summer so we'll probaby go to Branson a couple of times--DS really likes Silver Dollar City. He's going to camp for kids with kidney disease/transplants for a week in June so I'm trying to swing a "mommies only" week SOMEWHERE!! I don't know where I want to go, I just know that I DO want to go!!!!!

Orlando in May after the semester ends... doing WDW, Vero Beach, and Universal =) Most important of all, seeing my mom who lives there now!!!!

We'll do something the first of August for our anniv, but its his year to plan, so I dont know what we'll do...

The beach and the beach and the beach. First of all we will go see my dad and stepmother in Gulf Shores, Alabama, sometime either this spring or fall. Then we will go to the Florida panhandle sometime and to Myrtle Beach in the fall. Would love to be planning a trip to WDW, but alas it won't be this year.

I am a delegation leader with a program called People to People. I will be traveling with 44 high school students to England, Ireland,Scotland and Wales-can't wait!!!

Friends of ours invited us to accompany them to Myrtle Beach 7/31-8/7, so that should be fun. Also whitewater rafting in northern Maine for a long weekend. Besides that, just the local beaches. The best part is I am off all summer!

Not summer but we are spending April vacation, (17-23), in Memphis, TN. It is going to be a girl's only road trip. We plan on visiting Graceland, Sun Studios, Beale Street, Mud Island, Memphis Zoo, and the River Queen boats. And, of course, shopping. It will be the first time my DD13 gets to bring a friend along on a trip. Can't wait, should be lots of fun!

May 21-26, we will be vacationing in The Bahamas on Grand Bahama Island. Our DD19 will get to celebrate her 20th birthday there. I am looking forward to days of snorkeling. My husband is looking forward to the casinos.

Our DD13 wants to try parasailing. Our DD19 is smiling because the drinking age in The Bahamas is 18.

And our DS23 wants to stay in The Bahamas.

Over the summer, we usually spend a few weekends in Boston and maybe visit family in the Washington D.C. area.

I hope everyone enjoys whatever they do this summer!

Down to the Jersey Shore. Wildwood Crest to be exact. We go every summer with my sister & her family. Maybe we will do other day trips to other beaches for the day. Gotta watch the money this summer so we have enough for Disney this December!

3 days in San Francisco
10 days in Maui
3 days in San Diego

a long weekend in NH
a long weekend on Nantucket

Well, i've already had 1 week in WDW (March) this year, but I get a 2nd week in June (5th - 12th) which will include a weekend in Ocean City NJ and a few days building a new deck on our house.

August will be our annual trek with my Brother's family and kids to Ocean City NJ for the week.

I'm very lucky that i've been working at my company for 5+ years and get 3 paid weeks off.

He and I were going to WDW this summer but we have pushed it back until October when I have fall break.

In July - a week in Bermuda (my 2nd favorite destination after Disney!)

In August - two weeks in the Hamptons on Long Island

We camp as much as we can, so we will have a lot of week-ends in NY State Parks, and then 1 week in cape cod in August, and a long week-end in Hershey. Not WDW for the first time in 7 years.......
