Where are my ADRS?-Disney site- UPDATE!! Post 570 pg 38

Glad I don't work for Disney IT... I think a few heads are going to be on the chopping block over this.

One can only hope! This has been a very poorly managed upgrade. I hope those in charge are shown the door. My organization would never accept such poor work from our IT dept.
 
I'm still missing a few ADR's...here's to hoping that things arent quite fixed with the website yet! Not panicking yet!!
 
Don't panic! :)

Mine are missing as well. There is a HUGE thread discussing this and everyone has some adr's missing. So it is not just us.

I called Disney this morning and was told they are aware of this issue and that as long as you have your conf # you will be fine!
 
I am missing 12 reservations STILL! I have been trying not to but I think I will have to call and check. I know it's the last thing I and they want to do but it's not my fault! I need to know they're all still there.
 

I swear I am getting more pissed off by the minute. On top of losing O'hana's which was verified on the dining phone line with a CM, now my Epcot Candelight Processional is gone. I am on hold to talk to a CM on the dining line. I AM SO SICK OF THIS.

Are you saying that even the CM cannot find it or it won't pull up for you on the website?
 
For O'hana's, the CM could not pull it up, it was no longer in the reservation system and she could not find another reservation at O'hana's for our Dec. trip.

I just got off of the phone about the Candlelight Processional at Epcot, even thought it is not showing up on line, that one is still in the system, thank goodness.

I am so sick of these incompetent IT people. I just retired from being a Collegiate Professor, I taught IT courses, this just pisses me off to no end.

I'm most concerned about my Candlelight Processional reservation especially considering it's guaranteed with a credit card! I have all of my confirmation numbers. Its odd that it pulls up a couple of my reservations just not all of them....of course 2 of them I could get any day of the week!
 
4 of my 8 disappeared from my computer:confused3 but luckily the CM was finally able to find the 4 missing ones, two of which (Kouzzina and Boma) I would have been really livid at losing... we haven't made final pay and were considering cancelling and rebooking next year if they were totally gone... but then they upgraded again last night sooo......Disney does things so well that this is really bizarre IMHO:confused:

My ADR's weren't showing up on the website either. I called MS yesterday and they confirmed each and every ADR was still in the general system, including O'hana's and Le Cellier. Before I called them, I tried to book a meal at both of those places and was notified they were all full. There's no way they could have lost everything and filled in that short of a time, IMO. Remember, most people who've made ADRs don't even check the website and have no idea the reservations are "missing".
 
ILovemygirls, Cant you just take a copy of your confirmation numbers with you for Ohana? I thought thats what they told us to do ? Im still too scared to call, i have all my con numbers but i shall just cry if ive lost anything. Like everyone else ive worked hard on planning my ressies and spent many hours on the computer. This is just an awful situation...
 
Hopefully this gets fixed soon. I wonder how many people who do not read the boards would check their reservations and not think to call, but just rebook the missing reservations. I would think that this would cause a large number of double bookings:rolleyes1.
 
Honestly, I can't believe they're still gone. All of them. Every single one. And best of all, I have no confirmation numbers with the exception of CRT. And, as an added bonus, I can't even recall for sure the days and times as I was in the midst of changing our reservations for AK and HS since we switched those days - no WAY are we going to HS on a F! day!

Thus, I am in a position where I need to call and confirm ever reservation, and I want a confirmation number for each one so that I have some assurance it will be there when we arrive. At this point, for the ones I can replace, I'm tempted to cancel the originals and just rebook so I have the confirmation numbers and emails just in case.

one thing that is making me feel better is that its not like a bunch of things suddenly became available. If so many reservations were suddenly lost it seems like a whole bunch would have opened up for new reservations as well but that did not seem to happen!

Do you think our ressies will ever appear online again or do we just to keep calling every few weeks to check on them? I like to visually see mine online, it makes me feel better.
 
I have been trying constantly to get an earlier 'Ohana reservation and actually managed to get one today, although it would be for the same time as I'd had one for Kona. So, I checked my reservations, and like all of you, a large number of my reservations are not there either. I will have to call and cancel the Kona one since it does not appear. I am not panicking yet as I have all my email confirmation and confirmation #s. As others have said, it's not like there have been tons of openings all of a sudden. If they don't sort it out though I will be compelled to call so I don't have a double booking for one dinner. It does amaze me that they are having such problems with this IT thing. Obviously those they've hired to do it are a bunch of doofuses! :rotfl:
