Where are my ADRS?-Disney site- UPDATE!! Post 570 pg 38

I just got off the phone with a really wonderful CM who happily confirmed all of my dining reservations. Honestly, it was so not worth just sitting here and talking myself out of calling for all kinds of reasons. I feel SO much better now that I know. I really hope that this gets squared away so we can all breathe a little easier. :upsidedow
 
Alright I'm calling, I'm trying to tell myself not to worry about it, but I need to know! :rotfl: I'll call in a little while, after dinner, hopefully it won't be too long of a wait before I get through! :)
 
PHEW! After about 12 minutes of waiting, got through and all 8 of mine are there :)

FYI, cancelled Le Cellier while on the phone... have updated the December ADR thread with dates/time if interested!
 

Just called and all 12 of mine for March are there. Stupid comuters. I feel so much better!!!
 
I've got a bunch I need to cancel for our trip next week but they're not showing up online and I can't call dining. Well, I can call but it's useless, for some reason they never hear me. I call the US often and have no issue with anyone but Disney Dining... So I guess it'll have to wait until we get there.
 
I posted earlier about calling and the CM confirming all of my reservations that were not coming up for me. I forgot to mention this though: Something interesting when I called was that the CM could tell which reservations I could see and which ones I could not see.

I hope everything works out for everyone!
 
I can't see any of mine yet. I may call tomorrow and check, but it sounds like no one has had a problem yet, right?

I want to cancel one, but I really wanted to have all in front of me online to do it. But I guess that may never happen?
 
Mine are still not back in the system. As to not turning you away, no they probably won't but you will simply then become a walk up so for all practical purposes yes you lost your ADR.
 
I had 8 of 12 ADR's that did not show up on the online system. I called and the customer service agent checked in her computer and they were all there. I guess I am lucky that none disappeared permanently in the main system.:cool1:
 
Has anyone received an answer about when we should be able to retrieve our dining reservations ? I have made and changed so many times and I cannot find all of my emails, I knew I should have printed out the whole screen before the upgrade but I forgot:rolleyes1

I really need to finalize plans for Dec. and need to find my ressies as frankly I have no idea which ones are current. Thanks.

I would love to know. I am in the same boat- I want to finalize and cancel some things, but I have no idea whats going on right now.:confused:
 
NONE of mine are showing up! I cannot even pull them up manually by confirmation number. Something is wrong!!!:confused:



None of my ressies of four months were showing :eek:so I called WDW dining reservations and they still had them and we went over all reservation numbers.:yay:
Made me feel much better as I leave in 10 days:worship:
 
I want to thank all of you for this thread! I was just checking my ADR's for our trip in 9 days and almost wanted to cry. Only 2 showing and it's too late at night to call Disney.
I came right to the boards to see if I could find out any info and found this thread.
This is the first I'm hearing of this problem. I will call Disney tomorrow but at least I will be able to sleep tonight knowing the ADR's will probably be OK.

That's exactly what has happened to me. The new ones I made last week are all there (thankfully), but they still can't pull up ANY of the old ones. I HATE having double bookings (I'm always very, very critical of people who do), but I can't fix this! It's not my fault!!! :confused3 This trip isn't until December, so I have a while to cancel.
