Where are my ADRS?-Disney site- UPDATE!! Post 570 pg 38

I am going to try to wait till after 10/20 to panic. Right now all of my old reservations are missing from the site. Still have a few weeks before our trip. Still, I'm going to go through everything and make sure I have all the ADR emails printed.
I'm somewhat optimistic about this, because it looks like all the impossible to get places are still fully booked, so it doesn't look like Disney accidentally cancelled everyones ressies! (Or so I keep telling myself!)

im just hoping they didnt cancel ADRs without putting them back in the system! Computers are crazy like that! ill just stay right here checking my adrs once an hr or so!!!

So the system was down the past few days...and now I log in and all of my "hard to get" reservations are gone! I'm going 12/10 thru the 15th and it has been hard to get reservations. I managed to get Narcoossees early on, so that wasn't a problem, and managed to snag Coral Reef luckily (lots of spots were for the processional). So the rest of reservations are fine, but those two are gone. Thanks to gmail, I have the emails saying I reserved them. The system cannot find them and the 800# people say they can't help as "they must have been canceled." Well I didn't cancel them, so we're at an impasse apparently.

So...has this happened to anyone else?

i would try to call again and get a different cm. if you have the res. numbers you can give them to the person and see if they can do anything else. if that does not work try asking for a manager. Not sure if it would work but it is better then nothing i guess

If you need reassurance, just call the Disney dining line. They will look up your reservations and confirm they are still there. I just gave the CM my phone number and she listed my 8 reservations - restaurant, time, and date.

I noticed that mine for March 2011 were "GONE" also.

I actually was wanting to cancel and change some of mine but they were no where to be found.

I tried to call Disney Dining but the number was busy.

I supose alot of calls were being made for "GONE" reserverations.

Yes there is something going on with the system, they havent updated everything yet (i hope). This morning when i went on i had hardly any ressies showing, then i started to get some back, ohanas and Tusker Yeah Now im missing Le Cellier, Flying Fish and Coral Reef. Hopefully they will come back soon but i hear they are doing maintenance again on the 19th Ugh

I am holding off calling CRO since everyone who has called found out their ADR's are still there, I just don't like going online to check and the only one showing is the one I made yesterday after the system came back online.

I sure hope they fix this soon, glad I made a print out of all my ADR;s before they went offline , I just had a feeling I had better do it

I plan on calling once DH gets home! I have a little one who likes to be with his momma 24-7 so anytime I have to make a phone call to disney its best that I have DH around to entertain the lil one so I can actually hear the CM. In the mean time I panick! lol

Disney's IT is in the stone ages. My flight times have always been screwed up and Allentown, PA is now Denmark. I'm just thinking that will straighten itself out...but this dining situation is unacceptable. If I can't get these two back I certainly hope they will trust my emails, because I am going to my reservations with them printed and in my hand.

Off to call again in an hour when I get home. I don't want work seeing a 407 number being called during work hours! G/L to everyone...

I could not find them even with typing confirmation # in. I also wanted to cancel some and make changes. If they show up again I will just cancel what I don't need. Before when I booked something the same day and time I allready had a ADR the system would tell me. I doubt that it will bring the old ones back without me calling!

But almost everyone who has called has been told that their ADRs are there in the system. In a skim of this thread, only one person has had a CM say they can't find some...

My are gone too. All for March. I have the email confirmations so I am hoping this helps. I just tried calling Disney and there message said they are working on the system until the 20th of this month. I am praying that they are all back by then. Anyone know whats going on?

Missing about half of mine. I spent a lot of time hunting for several of them. I have two months to find new ones and redo our itinerary.

I wouldn't be concerned if they were all gone as much. But considering they still have record of some, and others are missing....that makes me feel like they are just gone. I can't find anything at Epcot for 12/12 either so that is really annoying. Plus I am not even sure I should be making "backups" cause that could be hurting others who are looking.

We will be there in 3 weeks. When I looked at our diningresrvations lt night it said "you do not have an reservations". I was nervous but there was nothing I could do so late at night. I checked again this afternoon and all my reservations are there!! Thank goodness!! Hopefully, they are just slow at restoring all the information and hopefully yours will all be back soon too!

My reservations were gone for Le Cellier!!! I typed in the number and it said it couldn't find it. I called the Dining Number and she told me that they were still there thankfully. It still says they cant retrieve them online but It was still there. I hope you can find yours.

Half of mine are gone too. whawt should I do, if I make reservations again, will it be duplicated?

fortunately, my CM and Ohana are still there. gosh! that's outrageous.

what should we do now!
