Where are my ADRS?-Disney site- UPDATE!! Post 570 pg 38

All mine are gone too and I didn't keep the email copies, because I liked the summary on the Disney page and was going to print and bring that with me vs. several pages of separate emails ADRS. I could cry as we leave in 3.5 weeks! I haven't called Disney yet, but am beyond frustrated by this. They should have given some advance warning or something.

My reservations were gone for Le Cellier!!! I typed in the number and it said it couldn't find it. I called the Dining Number and she told me that they were still there thankfully. It still says they cant retrieve them online but It was still there. I hope you can find yours.

Mine for Le Cellier is gone as well - but I do have my email confirmation - hopefully they are just adding restaurant by restaurant - I didn't have that many ADRs and that is the only one that would be hard to get most likely (January 2011 trip). Hopefully it will show up in a couple of days!

None of mine are showing and they can't find them at WDW-DINE either.

They are assuring me they are there but who knows.

But almost everyone who has called has been told that their ADRs are there in the system. In a skim of this thread, only one person has had a CM say they can't find some...

And? It was impossible to make changes and cancellations without knowing if I would get the restaurant I wanted. When they show up again I will cancel the double ones.

I'm getting the drift that a lot of people are not reading posts before yours. This is obviously a temporary problem and will be resolved. My vacation is in less than 2 weeks, and yeah, I'm concerned, but what can I do? I'm just going to be patient and wait for them to show up again. Am I going to go out and make new reservations for all of my previous ones? No. I already made them. Think of all the people who DON'T check disneyworld.com regularly just to confirm their reservations. Do you really think Disney would accidentally cancel all guest dining reservations booked before 10/13/10 because of a computer glitch?

I just called Disney and was able to get them from the phone rep. They were under two different phone numbers though - so I was still panicing for a moment there! Good luck!

Just called a little bit ago. The rep could bring them up with no problem. She read the restuarant and time to me without me giving it to her, so its clearly in the system still. Have to say the hold music of splash mountain then haunted mansion was pretty cool; two of my favorite MK rides.

Considering that I'm an idiot and didn't save the emails with confirmation numbers in them (who knew I needed to when I could always pull them up online?!?), I have no way to access my existing reservations. Which is just depressing, considering I haven't seen a LC dinner open up since I booked the ONE time I found weeks ago. ~sigh~

So, are you betting that our ressies eventually show up? Personally, I don't like the looks of the note that says you can retrieve your reservations with the number sent in the email. Um...email?! You mean that thing I deleted WEEKS ago? ~sigh~

Here's hoping they can at least retrieve my CRT one so I can cancel it so I don't end up being out $200!

I'm in the same boat as you...I actually kept some conf emails but the most important one (Le Cellier) was deleted! I called and they were able to retrieve the ones' that I have conf. nos. , but where is my hard-earned Le Cellier resv?!
The hold recording while I was waiting for a CM to get on the line states that information will be available by 10/20 after 9am EST. Now, when I asked the CM this....she had no clue! Well, I'm just hoping that I can retrieve them by then or else....!!!!

I made my ADR's this morning for my January 2011 trip - I actually got everything I wanted at the times I wanted (which shocked me). One of mine got dropped before the CM could finalize it but he was able to go back into the system and "put it in my basket" again. He said the IT people have been finding lots of bugs since the system upgrade. During my 30+ minutes on hold waiting to make my ADR's there was a message that there would be a system upgrade on 10/19 so they may have found they have more work to do.

I am missing 4 ADRs under DH's account (These were made by a CM at the IPO office). Le Cellier, Narcoossee's, Jiko and 50 Primetime.

The ones I have made under my account (we changed our dates and I have done some tweaking, including stalking some other highly prized restaurants for months) are 100% gone.

I am not going to call but have faith that all will be well. Worst case scenario I will show up with my email confirmation ...

I checked at 2 pm today and 0 of my 12 ADR's was showing online. I called Disney and after 30 mins of being on hold had to leave and get dd from school. I just checked online and now 4 of my 12 ADR's are showing up. I have the email confirmations from when I booked so I guess I am ok. I will keeping checking back on the Disney site and try not to panic.

I've seen posts including yours that some of the resv's are showing...mine 0! Really getting nervous....

Well, just got off the phone with a very friendly CM and she verified my Le Cellier resv w/o a ressie number! YAY!!!!!! The best part was that she gave it to me for future reference! I never thought that I would be so excited to have this number...go figure!

I tried looking at my ADR's last night and they were not there. I tried a few minutes ago and 4 of the 9 ADR's I have are there...of course, my 2 Le Cellier ADR's are not there! I'm trying not to panic, I have all of my confirmation numbers and MOST of my confirmation emails (of course, not the the Le Cellier emails! ) so we will see what happens! I'm tempted to call them just to double check...

2-Clearly NONE of the ADR`s for certain restaurants are showing. Your LeCellier ADR is still there just like everyone else`s was.
3-Calling to ``confirm`` is putting unnecessary stress on the CM`s, have some faith, try again in a couple of days.

I'm sitting tight and hoping for the best. I was able to call today to change a Pirate's League reservation and when the CM was done she asked if there was anything else she could help me with. I mentioned my reservations having gone missing, and she offered to try and look them up. FWIW, she was NOT able to locate ANY of my reservations except the CRT one I had a confirmation for (looked through my paperwork and found I had jotted down that number when I paid for it!). She searched under my home and cell numbers, and I believe with my zip code and name, and nada. When she offered to go further and search more, I turned her down - I didn't want to waste her time.

If my reservations come back/reappear I will be very relieved, but at this point I'm not entirely convinced they will. Meh we'll figure it out. What is the worst that can happen? No Le Cellier? Yeah, I'll be a little upset as it took weeks of stalking the web site to get that ressie, but I won't let it ruin my trip.

Excellent post. Many people are getting worked up over nothing. Please, take the information from other posts. Calling the dining reservation center is putting unnecessary stress on cast members let them work itout. Unless your vacation is as soon as mine is, you shouldnt be worrying.

This is getting pretty ridiculous!!! People, please do not pay attention to the disney website!!! It is still down!!! It would be nice if disney would just post something on their site saying this...but they obviously have not. Every single person who called and spoke to a CM has confirmed that their ressies are still there. Yet, every person who doesn't see their ressies online is in a state of panic. Calm down...relax...think happy thoughts. It will all be over soon. Stop checking the website and you will feel better. Or maybe you should drive down there and speak to someone in person. Breeeeeeathe...
