Where are my ADRS?-Disney site- UPDATE!! Post 570 pg 38

The part that really stinks about all this is that no one is able to cancel any reservations on the website. In my planning, I made about 5 reservations per night for a 3 night trip. Thats at least 13 reservations that I was planning on cancelling before I left for Disney next wednesday. Now, they will stay booked and I will go to 3 out of 15. That really stinks for people who would like to have those reservations. Sure i could call and cancel...but I know I won't. Makes me think there will be a WHOLE LOT of empty tables next week in Disney restaurants.

If you won't call you could always cancel them at guest relations or the concierge when you get there. You are right that there are a lot of people who would really like to be able to keep those reservations for you, and are sad they can't get any - if you know this then why not be nice and pay it forward? :flower3:

It is quite frustrating not being able to see all of them....I have made several changes and though I do have the email confirmations...there is alot of them to got thru....I do hope they end up coming back to the site.

I also have the added trouble..my final payment was due monday...I paid it...and its not showing up yet!

I've been breaking my neck trying to get my missing ADR problem figured out! I should have checked this thread!!!

I called and waited on hold forEVER on the reservation line earlier today only to be told that she couldn't see them all in one place any better than i could. I currently have 29 missing reservations. I have tracked down all the confirmation numbers, though, thankfully. I will call again tomorrow. I'm very frustrated with the whole thing, to be honest. :(

I swear I am getting more pissed off by the minute. On top of losing O'hana's which was verified on the dining phone line with a CM, now my Epcot Candelight Processional is gone. I am on hold to talk to a CM on the dining line. I AM SO SICK OF THIS.

:scared1::eek:
It's situations like these that make it so nervewrecking knowing that these ressies are not showing online. I know that there are SEVERAL posts out there saying not to worry...but how can you be so sure? :confused3

mine are still not showing up either, but when we called Monday the CM read them all off to my husband so I'm not gonna worry about it...but I think it's dumb that Disney doesn't just post a notice that there is a problem and they are working on it so that people won't double book adr's that they don't need:headache:

I talked to a very nice CM yesterday (I wish I remembered his name). He went through all of my reservations, thank goodness everything was there (including several I had already canceled). We went through day by day getting everything sorted out, had a few laughs. I was only on hold for a few minutes.

For the sake of others needing to make reservations, I would give Disney a call because you may have some reservations reserved that you have previously canceled. You don't want to be the person that is double booked everywhere.

Oh, and I'm glad everything worked out with getting another ADR, OP, and I hope you can re-work your plans so everythign will be back on track!! :)

The only thing that isn't on track is our Ohana dinner ADR. I'll keep checking and hoping for some pixie dust!

For what it's worth - all of my other ADRs were showing. Just not HDDMR.

None of mine show up either. I have 30+ ADRs somewhere in cyberspace.

OP, good thing you caught it early!!

Have they been able to look any up by phone number?
I posted a few days back that my confirmation numbers all went to my spam filter- I have 1, because it empties every 90days!

You really need to call and cancel those. there are people struggling to find ADR's right now. Also when you do that, and not cancel, it may make Disney shut down the whole online booking since some people are hoarding ADRs and others can't get any.

I can't get any of mine with a phone number either. I tried both numbers I have, but I don't think I ever gave a number when booking them online anyways.

You have to give a number when you book or the reservation doesn't go through. But apparently, their problem with the "upgrade" is that the system erased the phone numbers, or something like that.

no never gave a number. I just sign in to my account and book. It could be using whatever number is in my account.

I always thought that if you booked more than one ADR within a certain time frame (1 Hour?) that Disney would cancle both reservasions. If I were you I would get on the phone and see if I could cancle the ones I didnt need and make sure the ones I wanted were still there!

Weird. I log in, pick what I want, and the reservation is already filled with my name but I still have to put in a phone number, every time, before it gets confirmed.

I am so glad I called- not sure why I was waiting with worry.. All mine were there and I was able to cancel some I didn't need!

This is why Disney will eventually require credit card holds on dining reservations. I'm frankly amazed that the booking system allows this. Little wonder it's so hard to get a reservation.

I booked all of our reservations in advance weeks ago online. When I went to pull up the dinner reservations in advance of our trip this week, the system only showed about a third of them. The message said if i don't see my reservations, look them up by number. Well, I entered the numbers and nothing came up. It told me to call dining reservations. After being on hold this morning for 10+ minutes, I hung up.

This is service?! Give me a break! This is our ninth trip to Disney, with tens of thousands of dollars spent, and this is what I get?

I'm going to have to print everything off and carry written confirmations with me every day?

If i wanted this kind of hassle, I would call bank of America...
