Where are my ADRS?-Disney site- UPDATE!! Post 570 pg 38

Yesterday i had 4 or 12 showing up and this morning i have 0 of 12 showing up. I have tried entering in my reservation numbers but all I get is a message to call Disney. I am going to give it a few more days but it does stress me out!
 
I made all my ADRs weeks ago. Out of 12 I see 3. When those of you who call and talk to Disney, what do they say? Do they suggest remaking all of them? With so many people missing their ADRs, I would think that somewhere Disney must have them stored...
 
Only a few of mine are showing up. I went ahead and called Disney and they said they had the missing ones in their system. They said just to be sure and have the confirmation numbers when checking into the restaurants and there would not be a problem.
 
My only reservation showing up is the one I made today. The rest which I booked a few months ago are not showing up and I was freaking out! I have my confirmation numbers written down thank goodness...but hopefully they show back up soon

They said that as long as you had your confirmation numbers there wouldn't be a problem. That makes me feel much better!
 
Well, I didn't take my own advice and called Disney Dining. They had all of our reservations, so we're good.

same here. all of my adr's were gone this morning and i couldn't pull them up individually. i called and they were all there according to the cm. she said after the 20th everything should be fixed with their system. good luck everybody!
 
the ones who have their ADRs are lucky. i only had two of mine remaining for our upcoming Dec. trip. the woman gave me a number to call on monday as she said they can do more about missing reservations than she can.
 
I went to check by ADRs this morning and I dont have my LeCellier, Kona, Teppan Eddo and Sci Fic. I hope everything is back by the 20th. If not I'll call to check if everything is there.:confused3:confused3
 
i would call if i were you. if they are not there like some of mine were not they will look to see if they can rebook. the one that they could not rebook for me was O'hana's and that is the one we have never made it to yet. at least our candle light processional at Epcot was still in tact.

Oh, and a note to those saying don't call ... if I try to manually retrieve our missing ADR's I actually get a message on the website telling me to call. They are telling people to call if they can't see their reservations.

this is true...then when you call, at the beginning there is a recorded msg telling you it should be fixed by the 20th, and if you decide to wait on the phone it runs about 30 minutes til they get to you....I'm gonna wait til the 20th and see what happens:headache:

ugh. I didn't actually call yet - thanks for the added info. We only have 2 ADR's missing so far, so I am trying to patiently wait for the 20th (and hoping that their second attempt to tweak the system doesn't knock our more ADR's!!)
 
my husband just called...all ours are showing....(deep sigh of relief)...but I'm still taking my email print outs!
 
My new ones (I just tweaked a BUNCH of them) are all coming up. My old ones are not, even with the confirmation number. I'll try to call again next week to cancel the old ones. I WILL NOT hold a double book! (Of course, I TRIED to cancel right off the bat and they say the ADRs don't exist, so it's not really my fault!) The phone line wasn't busy--no wait at all about an hour ago. Got right through. They have a pre-recorded note about the system being down on the 19th/20th to adjust the system. Ya think?????

PLUS--they tried to tell me that there are NO days/times available AT ALL for the MONTH of December for Afternoon Tea. Seriously? I don't think so. Then the CM says, "Try online." The Gardenview Tea Room isn't ON the online system. She goes, "Oh. Yeah. Sorry. Try a walk up."

I finally bit the bullet and called, since none of mine were showing up manually and I was getting different messages, one saying to call WDW-DINE, the other saying to call reservations @ another number - both messages were in red and the one directing me to call reservations was a bit more ominous, so I called that number. I got right through and all reservations where there - but it took a bit of searching - we started with my cell phone number and Boma, Narcoossee's and Tokyo were there, we tried my land line no. and found Jiko, we tried my son's cell phone no. and hit the gold mine - CP, Le Cellier, Les Chiefs and Mama Melrose which left CG missing - we used the reservation number and viola - there is was - the phone number was one number off my cell#.
When I originally made the ressies I used my son's cell because he was most likely to have it with him, the rest, made latter, I used my cell phone number because I didn't have his handy, the Jiko was a phone call as it was for the safari, so I rattled off the land line number. And CG must have been clumsy fingers. I had no idea that the ressies where grouped by phone no:confused: I made all of my ADRs, except Jiko online, btw.
Too bad I didn't think to use my office desk phone no. and my business blackberry cell no. too, just to make the search a real challenge, the CM's probably already wondering 'what was she thinking?' :rotfl:
 
Just as an FYI - the system outage on Oct 19 is a scheduled one with another scheduled for Nov and Dec. It isn't specifically going down to fix the dining but maybe it is one of the things they are looking at

For the person that says their reservations are gone when she called I would make a stink about it with guest service. Since you have confirmation numbers they have to honor it somehow it isn't your fault that the system lost them somehow

well actually I don't think they do. I mean in my case I have my confirmation numbers and its like those numbers never exisited. Now I can print off my emails and take them with me, but if they are booked all I end up doing is being put on the walk up list. :headache:

We have tried every number, my name, the restaurant, nothing is found.

As someone else said it is very unsettling to know that most that can not see them online at least can be found by calling.

Mine are not showing up period.

Their only suggestion was to try and start over. As they can't even cancel any I have as they can't find them.
