Where are my ADRS?-Disney site- UPDATE!! Post 570 pg 38

Only one of mine showed up when I checked. The intro states that they are still doing enhancements and all should be completed by 10/20. I called and all of mine were in the system. I'm hoping that when I check on the 20th they show back up. I made a new one just now and want to cancel another, but the one I want to cancel isn't showing up and system didn't give me option to cancel like it has previously. Will wait until 20th, then make sure all is okay.

We have 10 ADRs booked for 2 trips starting on Friday and none of them are showing up in the system. I just called Disney Dining, and she said I was the first person to call and "bring this to her attention" but she was able to pull up all 10 ADRs with one conf #.

She suggested I call technical support to see why my ADRs weren't showing up, but is there really anything they're going to be able to do? :confused3 She said she couldn't email me a list of the reservations, so it's a little frustrating to not have them all in one place, but at least they're there.

Any ideas when the system's going to be back up 100%? I need to make some changes and I'm about tired of waiting! :rotfl:

OK, I'm a little nervous. Even though the CM said she saw 10 ADRs for us, I'm really not sure how many we should have. They're for 2 different trips, and honestly I lost track with what we made. I tried to keep up with the email confirmations, but I'm missing some conf #s.

What if they have no record of them?! :confused3 It's some good ones too (CP, GG) and there's no way I will be able to rebook before next weekend. Is it possible the reservations have been lost in all this website "enhancement" drama? I'm freaking out just a little...:rolleyes1

The most important one to me was O'hana's and it was lost as I spoke to a person directly on the dining line. She was unable to get me another O'hana's reservation for our entire week trip which is highly disappointing as I spent many many hours on the system waiting for an opening. I have my email with the confirmation number but she said it won't do any good if they do not have it on their sheet which is generated from their system. I tell you the IT group really messed up.

Just reading through all this now.. and thought wow, better check mine!

We have 18 ADRs for our upcoming trip - missing 4 of them - Sci Fi, Mama Melrose (both MUSTs for us - and showing no availability now), also missing Tony's on our MVMCP night and lunch at Planet Hollywood (not stressed about that, just do a walk up fine)

But it's the Sci Fi and Mama Melrose that are upsetting me now. Found my email confirmations, but can't for the Sci Fi.

question... those whose ADRs are gone - when you type in the confirmation number/phone number to pull them up do they just flat out not exist, or do they come up as cancelled? Mine gives a message about there is no reservation or can't pull it up, check my info.

I went ahead and called last night. Counting BBB I have a total of 19 reservations. She pulled some up with my zip code. She pulled a few more up with my home # and a few more with my cell #. Then I asked about the more important ones. So verbally I confirmed 13 out of the 19 are still there. The other 6 were less important to me, but I do plan to call today and verify them as well. If they are missing completely - it would be nice to try to get something else. Course, with about 38ish days to go - pickings are slim.

When I tried to pull them up on line via the reservation #, even the ones the CM could confirm were still in their system, this is the error I get:

Sorry, we are unable to retrieve your reservation. Please call the Disney Reservation Center at (407) 939-3463. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have your parent or guardians permission to dial this number.

Just checked on mine. We arrive in three days and, now that our trip details are fully sorted, I wanted to do the right thing and cancel out some spares.

Only two ADRs are visible on the My Reservations page - about 15+ were there previously! :( I can't wait until the 20th and check again as we'll be travelling by then.

Also I can never retrieve any ADRs using phone numbers as WDW doesn't seem to believe anyone should have phone numbers which don't fit into the limited American 10-digit pattern. Hello WDW, you're the biggest international tourist destination in the world - wake up and stop being so insular!

Oh well, I see a long phone call coming up...

Has anyone called this morning?

I had checked verbally yesterday to make sure the important ones were still in their system, even though I could not pull them up. A very nice CM went through those and it was comforting. I didn't want to tie her up - so told her I'd call back later to check the remaining ones.

I called this morning and the CM told me they were no longer allowed to verbally verify anyones ADRs. I told her that I would call back and see if another CM might be able to help. She got testy when I said that. Granted, it is early - she could have thought I was trying to be ugly. But my viewpoint was she didn't have time - it is early and they could be swamped. So later someone might have time - truly not my thought to be rude. But it could have come across that way.

I was just curious if anyone else got that response. I can see they are probably extra busy with making new ones, cancelling old ones (since we can not cancel our own) and checking for people who are missing them.

Personally I don't care how busy they are. We are leaving on the 21st and I spent MONTHS planning out my ADR's and followed their rules in making them. I never booked more then the ones that I wanted for a specfic day, I didn't take advantage and was not greedy.

I am spending a lot of money on our yearly trip so really I don't care how busy they are. When I call later today to try and confirm my ADR's I expect them to try and help me out just as I was expected to pay by bill when it was due.

I am kinda angry about this whole situation. I would have thought they would have thought out carefully any glitches that might have happened during a re-vamp or whatever they were doing.

I just tried to call this morning and the system was not up at all, CS said they are not sure when they would be back up it could be today? but not sure.

I hope all the dining reservations I made are ok, that would STINK if I had to scramble and do this all over again

I can't do this again. Everything is all booked. I have print-outs of all of my ADR's and they are just going to have to honor them. I printed out from the Disney site and also have all of the conf. emails.

I went in to check our reservations for our trip and about half of them are GONE! :scared1: I hope they are still there, but am a bit concerned about it.

On our last trip a few years ago we ran into a situation where 2 out of the 8 reservations that we had were not in the system when we showed up for them. It was a bit embarrassing and I am sure people thought I was making it up to try to eat at a popular restaurant. I really don't want that to happen again.

Is anyone else running into this?

I went to dinner at DTD last night with 7 friends, and I had tried to confirm the reservation all weekend. Nothing had showed online no matter what info I used to try and bring it up. But when we got to the restaurant there was no problem; they had our reservation from months ago, party size, everything. Reservations that aren't showing are not lost! We'll all be fine once their system is in full working order again. :thumbsup2

Yes, NONE of mine show up. I'm freaking out just a little bit. I called yesterday and the CM said this was the first she was hearing about it, but she was able to pull up 10 ADRs. Problem is, I still think some are missing. I'm about to call now and see what the deal is. I've been reading stories on the Restaurant Board about people's reservations being completely gone.

5 out of 12 of mine were not showing up online. So I called them this morning and all of them were there. Big relief!!!

Good to hear. I'm on hold now....still a little worried! :rolleyes1

I called the other day as most of mine aren't showing up. The CM said there are still glitches in the system and I think it is going to be down again tomorrow. She checked one and it was there and told me not to worry - if we had a confirmation number it will be ok. I'm still nervous.

Just got off the phone. The CM said they were "aware" of the issues, but she didn't seem too eager to help me out. Eventually, I was able to get her to confirm most of our ADRs, but she acted like she didn't want to tell me the conf #s - just said I wouldn't need them to check in. With nothing showing up on the website though, I feel better having the conf #.

I guess we'll see what happens Friday!

Just got off the phone with Disney Dining - all of my ressies for this coming week and in January are still in their system. I was starting to get worried as only 3 out of 12 ressies were showing up on online - was afraid they got rid of all but 3.
