Where’s my memory maker?

i called in to get tickets for wild Africa trek and purchased a memory maker at the same time. The charge went through on my card, but I never got any kind of confirmation. I don’t see it on my account anywhere. Am I missing something or did they mess up?

I had to call Disney ticket services to get the confirmation number. They had only given me one confirmation for the Wild Africa Trek, not the second one for the Memory maker.
