When's did the plaza start taking all day ADRs again?

I thought they did away with ADRs here except for the first hour? I just scored 2 ADRs one for lunch and one for dinner.

Not sure they did, only times I can see are very early or very late (like 11 am or 2pm lunch or 3pm dinner)

I'm at my 180 days and can't get an ADR at all.
