how do you figure out how many of each voucher to buy?

What I am doing is not buying one voucher per meal per person. If my objective was to just pay in advance, I would have done that. Since I am trying to save $$, I have chosen a few places that I would like to use the Q&C's at-Pepper Market & Japanese counter service. I will probably buy enough vouchers for DH and I to eat at these places 2X each, plus one or two extra sets of vouchers to use on a whim (if there is a good seafood meal at food court, if we make it to B&C, etc). Then, I will buy enough breakfast vouchers to cover the the two character meals I have planned, and an extra set for whatever. I will buy two lunch vouchers, hopefully to use on 2 separate occasions at RFC (to share with DH and DD1). If I can't get DH to go back after the first meal, we will just choose another place to use it at. At lease it won't go to waste. There are other places I would like to eat that I have Entertainment book coupons for. I don't want to overbuy the vouchers, but I would like to get a few extra for unplanned meals. There are additional meal savings for AP holders as well, so we will probably take advantage of these at Nine Dragons and Trails End for lunch. We would also like to try Crystal Palace, but since the vouchers won't save us much for breakfast, we'll probably do a late lunch (and save $ by having a lite dinner).

I guess my point is, use the vouchers as they would benefit you most. For budgeting, I think a combination of vouchers, coupons, AP discounts, offsite meals, and timing (eating big lunch instead of dinner) are your best bets. How many vouchers were you planning to buy?

My Mother and I have been reading about these vouchers and are wondering what they are and where and how you get them?

Thanks

We are either going to eat very well or come back with vouchers - for two planned trips for a total of 12 full days for myself and my daughter, I brought 20 QC vouchers and 15 Vacation Kingdom lunch vouchers.

Approximately what do these vouchers cost? Are they worth the same as the amount paid or are they worth more when you are spending them? How do you spend them(What does it include)? It seems to me that you are just prepaying the meals, so it gives you the illusion that you are saving money!

When we used vouchers on our last trip, we saved over $150, the most being at L’Originale Alfredo where we saved over $40. I'm looking forward to dining at Rainforest Cafe where we will probably save a lot also.

I'm just glad that most of our meals are now paid for so I do like prepaying for our meals. It's also nice not having to pay cash for everything we eat, I don't know, it just makes me feel better some how.
