Ok, I have a chance to go to Disney in the fall.(Talked DH into one more trip) :cool1: If you could pick a month to go in....what would you do Sept, Oct, or Nov? And why?? :confused3 Any resort that might be nicer during the time frame you pick? We have only stayed at WL (Loved) and CBR (Hated)We are pretty flexible about our time frame, we have AP's. (the AP's are burning a hole in my pocket)
Thanks in Advance for your help.

Sept is very uncrowded but still pretty hot and humid. Oct is nice, weather is cooling off a bit and crowds are still down until closer to Halloween. Nov is wonderful....nice weather, the holiday decorations are starting to go up, the crowds are slight. If I could go I would choose the last full week before Thanksgiving.

end of september

it is still HOT, so you can have an extention of your summer, with sitting by the pool and stuff, but it is very very very very uncrowded too.

October because the Food & Wine Festival is in full-force, and it's still plenty warm. I like nice warm, even hot, Florida weather. If you go towards the end of Nov, it can be iffy. We went over Thanksgiving and there were nice days, but the evenings and mornings were quite chilly. Not my idea of vacation. I don't want to be anywhere on vacation where the word "chilly" or "cold" or "brrrr..." comes out of my lips. If I went in October, I would pick an Epcot resort so I could be closest to Epcot and the Food & Wine Festival. That would be a blast.

Thank you for your suggestions. I was thinking about going either the last week of October, First week of November or week before Thanksgiving. It is so hard to pick for so many different reasons.

While I did say I would go that last full week before T-day, I have been the last week in Oct and also the first week in Nov. Both very beautiful times to go. The Food and Wine Festival is really fun and not to be missed if you can arrange going at that time. You would enjoy any of those times...and hey, if you decide you didn't like it at that time...go again!!

October not only for food & wine but also for Mickey's not so scary halloween party ::MickeyMo

If crowds are a big concern, avoid Jersey week - sometime in early Nov., not sure of the dates in 2005.

WAY crowded!!!!!

I second the last full week before Thanksgiving, although only the weekdays as the weekends are VERY busy!!!
