When would you go to MK?

We have planned either Mon Oct. 17th or Thurs Oct 20th.

On Mon. we will have just been to the MNSSHP on Sunday evening but the park will stay open later than on Thurs. because there is another MNSSHP on Thurs. & the park will close at 6pm.

Since we went to the MNSSHP & spent a few hours at MK already would Thurs. still give us time to see somethings we didn't see at the MNSSHP or do somethings again.

How different is the fireworks display for the MNSSHP compared to the normal one. We would feel like we missed something by not seeing the normal if we went on Thurs. instead of Mon.

We kind of want to go on Thurs. because it toward the end of our trip. We are kind of fine with the park closing early because we can go to the room & relax or hop to another park if we are not that tired.

My vote is for Thursday. MNSSHP is a late night and to get the most out of MK, you need to be there early, in my experience. The fireworks at the party are very nice. They would satisfy my fireworks yearnings, but I am not a huge fireworks fan. I prefer watching MK fireworks from the beach at the Poly or outside Narcoossee's anyway. If you get to MK early on Thursday, you should have plenty of time to see what you want. After MNSSHP, we plan a slow next day. JMHO. Enjoy!
