Looks like you all had fun spending time with the family for Christmas! The holidays always make me feel a little sad being so far away from mine. But only for a minute. Because then I remember who is in my family, and suddenly I'm happy to have a state in between us again!!

That's Chelsea. She makes me want to scream when she leaves the house wearing just a light jacket and saying, "It's not that cold. It feels good." Um, it's 26 degrees -- quit trying to be cool!

Our kids too, all of them. The E's and Kendall all had to wear their new hoodies yesterday, we went to the beach it was so gorgeous out! Then we went out for ice cream and then back to a different beach to catch the sunset and they were FREEZING!

Well beach is relative, it is the Sound but still....the mountains were out, blue sky and ferries....just lovely and perfect for strolling with a hot cider! I got some pics that I'll get up on my PTR later this week.

Sheesh is it challenging to find myself any computer time these days!! When DH is home my whole routine gets all out of whack- seriously out of whack.

Anyway, the pix of everyone are so great- cookie making is my favorite "shoot" every year. I don't care how old/cool they are, they still get sucked into making the cookies. Knife licking never stops -even at 42.

So true! I was amazed at how "into it" my 15yo son got with the cookies this year!

That's just when they're coming into their "creative own". With older kids you can give them some dragees (sp.?), cake decorating tips, and other fun stuff, and it can actually get pretty competitive and interesting.

I did consider living in our new shed..it's finished.

I'm trying not to panic about the whole remodel...but it's getting harder by the day! We discovered last night that we are loosing almost 2 feet from our dining room because of the stairs being flipped....I didn't have 2 inches, let alot feet to spare in that room. maybe we will get rid of the table and eat on cushions on the floor.

Cherie Don't let our BUTT hit the floor in Disney I can't help you up I'm too old !!!

Do you realise by the end of the Trip we will be related , we are eating together 3 times !!! That has to make us at least cousins !!! I am all ready for Raglan Road I have my eye on a couple of entrees and Desserts are a challenge as everyone I've tried has been FANTASTIC!!!!
