When will the Starbucks be open?

There will not be a second location in Magic Kingdom there will be one in each of the other parks but not a second in the Magic Kingdom

They just closed Fountain View down at the beginning of the month, and as of last weekend it's been completely gutted, so that one will not be ready for awhile (they're saying at least August). But there will not be a second location at MK.

I am so excited to walk into MK from BLT just after rope drop, buy my venti Americano, and then walk back to BLT to enjoy the rest of my morning. Or sit in MK and people watch.

The dates I'm hearing are varying from May 18 to June 18. Yes, I'm aware of the DIS's refurb schedule, but other sites are listing it as opening May 18 and I have no idea where the "delay" rumors are coming from.

The spot at DL does, however for the first month or so they didn't. I'm not sure if it was an issue with the system or not.

The Coffee Bar (?) in Contemporary Lobby is not a bad cup of coffee.....this being said from a person who drinks black espresso. Of course, the variety of Starbucks in not available, but that might not be a bad thing.

I'm all in favor of the Starbucks, but I am concerned about line delays because of people who need to stare at the menu and then order a 'double-this with a half-squirt of that, and another half-squirt of the other'....only to realize they have just ordered a $7 cup of coffee with flavored sweetners.

Ultimately, I'd be interested to learn if the Main Street Starbucks is busier than a Times Square Starbucks.....I was a record setting manager at a different national restaurant chain.

This is why I hoped they had put Starbucks somewhere else in the parks. Main St Bakery already gets so busy of a morning, it would have been nice to divide some of the morning "traffic"
