When will the new Toontown Fair characters start appearing?

In previous recent discussions on this board, it was said that some new characters were going to start making appearances in Mickey's Toontown Fair soon, including Scrooge McDuck, Launchpad, Clara Cluck, Horace and Clarabelle.

When will they all start making their regular appearances there?

And where will they appear? The Toontown Fair entrance sign? The Teardrop? The Hall of Fame? Anywhere else?

When I was there in December she was in the hallway to the exit of Character Connection at EPCOT along with Meeko.

I asked the CM if she had been coming out more regular? She said that Daisy was in the Character Connection hallway as a test.

Since then she has not been seen in there sense. If my sources are true..

Well, Daisy Duck is now making daily appearances in the Toontown Hall of Fame.

Daisy seems to be appearing in Epcot alot, everytime we go into Epcot we run into her,

I was at Disney two weeks ago, and asked about Clara Cluck. I was told she already did at least one appearance by the ToonTown Sign, (where you come into the area from Fantasyland). Sounds very hit or miss at this point! Wish I were down there, so I could check every day!

Daisy was at the Hat at MGM a couple of weeks ago.

Daisy was at the Toontown Hall of Fame Tent on May 20th.
DD11 was thrilled !!

I was at Toontown this Friday and Daisy was there! Pooh and pals were gone from toontown and located at Pooh's playground. Cinderella and a mystery guest were in one line at toontown, and Daisy, Donald and Pluto were in the other. The 3rd line was blank.
