When will the August park hours be released ?

We need to book our ADRs soon, think its the 6th Feb and was wondering if they would be out by then, I cant remember if they were last year when we did them

1st reservation is 8:05am, I have been doing dummy bookings this week ready for booking it for our 1st morning.

Tour Guide Mike has had the August Park hours up for a couple of days but I'm not sure if you can see them without a subscription.
