When will limited menus choices return to normal?

Do you think they will bring back full size menus again by Fall for the anniversary? Right now most menus have a lot less available to choose from, I am guessing due to staffing, guest attendance limits, and supply issues from international locations. I am looking at menus and am so sad about the very limited choices than in the past. We went in April for a week, offsite, and found that Whispering Canyon was just a shell of it's past splendor...very few menu choices and bad service. My husband does specialty foods, international, and organics, for a living and he cannot get a lot in still due to worldwide shortages on products and packaging...they cannot get plastic or bottles around the world

I expect some of the restaurants will continue the limited menus even when the crowds are back to normal.
While I miss some of the choices, with a smaller menu, it does seem that the food quality has improved, so I'm ok with the smaller menus.
If I'm not impressed with the smaller menu, I'll go somewhere else.

How reduced are the menu's, really? I always found that there were only 5 or 6 entrees available at each restaurant. They were never the Cheesecake Factory. Each Disney restaurant has a short menu that matches their theme. It seems to me that they're only one dish down.

I've wondered the same about the hotel food courts- especially Landscape of Flavors' previously awesome international menu. Now, it's the exact same menu at Pop Century. :headache: I'm hoping that the College Program returning will mean more staffing, which will reflect in the restaurants and bars.

I think at this point it's more about staffing and ingredient cost than capacity limits. The entire restaurant industry has been struggling, and I assume that extends to Disney's kitchens.

I would agree. It seemed most restaurants were only down 3-4 items, unfortunately it also seemed to be some of our favorites. Still thought they had a good selection of choices.
