When will I get my member ID and log-on info for the web

We recently purchased a resale contract and are in the DVC system. We have a December reservation already. A few days ago, we received a member packet with a couple of large brochures. Everything references dvcmember.com, but we have not received any info on how to create an account on the website. I assume we will get a letter from our guide??? How does the process normally work?

You can call Member Services and they can give you the info you need, though I wouldnt try to cal on a Saturday or Monday, or on May 16th (because of the AKV rush).

It took about 2 weeks from when I bought until I received the Pin # in the mail. I was ready to call DVC when it came.

i actually called member services this afternoon and received my pin number. the person i spoke to was great, she walked me right through the process

Call MS and they can provide the info you need (PIN and Club ID) over the phone. You will eventually receive a postcard with the PIN but since you purchased via resale, you will never receive the Club ID and will end up having to call MS for that info anyway. So you might as well call them sooner rather than later!
