When will I be able to buy airfare for xmas 2005 to disneyland?

Hi, planning a 2005 christmas trip to disney land. Never been and my brother lives in Hollywood. I know airfare will be outrageous!!!!!!!!!

When is the soonest I can book tickets? I am thinking the sooner I do it the cheaper they will be. Would it be cheapest to fly on Christmas Day or the Day After?? Flexible on times...flying from Syracuse NY to L.A.
