When will APs for adding on at SSR arrive?

We added on at SSR and should be getting 2 APs with the current promotion. I have called and left several message for my guide to find out when they will arrive. He left me a vague message saying it should be "any day now" but someone else on these boards said it won't be until we actually close. Our paperwork says we are scheduled to close 5/19, but our trip is 5/5. I can't get my guide to call me back so I can get a more definitive answer. Has anyone else gotten an answer to this question? After how many unreturned calls do I take further action, possibly including requesting a new guide? It's not like I am calling him many times a day, just once, and not even every day. BUT after a week, isn't this ridiculous?

I certainly would not expect them before you closed on the add on.

Is there any way to move up the closing date?

Not generally, but often times you will find that you do end up closing a few days ahead of time. Unless things have changed, closings are held a very limited number of times each week, also.

I have a friend who got her paperwork for her add on this week. In it was a statement she had to sign indicating she was taking the 'free tickets' She asked QA and they said the tickets are sent after closing.

We just initiated an add-on yesterday with this same deal with the APs. Our CM to me that the APs would be sent after settlement. She indicated that Disney would not send the APs before it was a done deal so as not to give out APs only to have purchasers back out of the deal.
