what is quicker disney transportation or driving your own car?

We always use their transportation but sometimes it can take some time getting one place to another but if you have to park your car in the parking lot is getting to your car just as bad and long?

We have found the car quicker. But that does not necessarily mean that we park in the theme park parking lot.

We stay on-site and find the WDW Transportation very friendly and usable.
Is it the quickest way to go? Probably not aways ... but it sure beats driving and trying to find your way around. When we are on vacation we like to leave the drivin' to the professionals.

We always, always use a combo of the two. We either park in the MK lot, or the Boardwalk lot. Note: I've only gone to AK one, and parked there, my plan's only good when you take AK out of it. Obviously, you travel between the MK and EC via monorail, and use the boat between MGM and EC. We like being able to leave when we want to, etc. But I do think I've never seen a time when it wasn't easier to use one of those two modes of transportation between the given parks. I'm not big on busses. But I think I'm in the minority. Boardwalk, by the way, is a great parking spot.

We almost always drive to Epcot. We try to use Disney Transportation to MGM/AK. If we are not staying at WL, then we use their lot to park and take the boat to MK. It works well when MK closes and thousands are trying to take the ferry to the lot. We just hop on the boat back to WL.
