It's frozen, and 7 lbs. I would like to cook it on Thursday, so when should I put it in the fridge to thaw?

Yes, Tuesday early is good for a Thursday roast.:thumbsup2

I have been cooking TB for over 10 years and Tuesday is fine; however, excellent results can be obtained if TB goes into oven partially or completely frozen.

I prefer completely unfrozen since I am always afraid ti stuff even a minimally frozen bird. If you do a stuffing on the side (I guess it's not stuffing then ;)), partially frozen should work (takes longer to cook though).

I cook mine from frozen (the breasts, not the full bird), so I am of no use. I would probably do Monday, though, if you want it completely thawed...

I would do it on Monday, just to be sure that it is totally thawed. If it finishes thawing on Tuesday, it's still fine to leave it in the fridge until Thursday.

I actually just bought fresh turkey breasts this morning, with a sell by date of the 23rd, so I'm just leaving them in the fridge until it's time to cook them on Thursday.
