I got really mad at him when it happened, then sulked for about five minutes till he got pissed I was mad and stormed off and isn't speaking to me atm otherwise I would be out enjoying my dinner.(and yes I've appologized for flying off the handle at him for the orginial comment, because, honestly, I didn't take it very gracefully),

I hate it when my husband does that. he does or says something inappropriate (no matter how well meaning) and then gets all mad b/c I'm upset with him.

Sometimes I need to remind him that he is no longer 2 years old and I am entitled to be upset in that situation.

ETA: Having Dinner is not worth taking the comment quietly (especially at the timing of it).

OMG!!! that's it?? my 10 yr old son has more than that!! (of course so does my SIL, but that's another subject! )
