When to pick up Disney tickets with South Cal City Pass?

Hi,

We bought the South California city pass which include the 3-day park hoppers.
Not sure how to get the actual park tickets:
Do we exchange that for the park tickets, at the gate, or at the ticket booth?

Also, can we pick up the tickets the day before we plan to use the tickets, or have to be picked up on the same day?

Does anyone know, or done this before?

TIA!

Hi there,

It depends a bit on where you purchased. If you purchased either cards or e-tickets from citypass.com, you don't need to exchange anything. You'll use your cards or e-tickets for admission and can go straight to the turnstiles.

If you purchased a voucher from another site, there may be instructions on the voucher, but typically you'd go to the ticket booth and exchange your voucher for cards, which you'd then use from that point on for admission (and again once you have your cards, you can go directly to the turnstiles from that point on).

Hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks!

Thanks for your reply!

I have the card, but do I have the option to exchange for the actual Disney 3 day tickets with magic morning ?

No problem! Hmmm... I don't think so, because the card is your actual admission (including Magic Morning) as well as Fast Pass access. But, I've honestly never been asked that question, so I'll inquire with a contact at Disney and get back to you. :)

Hi again @pinkberryfox -- So sorry my response is delayed!

I need to make a correction to what I said earlier - if you purchase the e-ticket from our site, you DO actually show the e-ticket and then get 3-day Park Hopper tickets to use for your 3 park entries.

But, if you purchase the cards, then you do not have the option to exchange for the 3-day Park Hopper tickets, from what I have been told. However, if you really want those, it wouldn't hurt to ask. I have a feeling that the issue has to do with the fact that the cards contain 3 entries, and then if they gave you the tickets, you'd have another 3 entries. But perhaps on-site, they may have a way to de-activate your card entries. Just a thought. Hope this helped!

Thanks,
Alicia @CityPASS
