We are trying to figure out when to go for our 2009 trip- October to hit F&W and Halloween themed stuff or November around Thanksgiving to get Christmas decorations? For those that have been, please help!
Since we try to do both, I'm no help either, I suppose. If I could only go once, it would have to be between Thanksgiving and Christmas because the sum of the holiday spirit, meaning the decorations in the resorts and parks, Osborne lights, Christmas around the world in Epcot, Jingle Jammin Parade, Candlelight Processional as well as MVMCP would just have to win. I begin listening to the Candlelight Processional well before the usual Christmas season.
I should confess that I'm not particularly enamoured about waiting in lines to get little tastes of food in Epcot. I enjoy it a wee bit, not overwhelmingly. I went to MNSSHP in September, and I'm missing F&W this year with no regrets.
We usually go to my inlaws in Iowa for Thanksgiving and we won't next year, so I thought it would be a good idea. However, if we do Thanksgiving in WDW, will Osborne Lights and the Candlelight Processional be going on? Also, if we go then we will only get 2 uses out of our AP's and not 3! Decisions, decisions!
