When to Children's tickets expire?

I know the age on it says 3-9 (does that mean when they turn 9, or just before then turn 10?) thanks

It is when the child turns 10. As long as the child has not had a 10th birthday, the child pass is acceptable.

Tickets never expire. If a child turns 10 after the first use of a childs ticket, then that ticket can be exchanged for an adult pass at no additional cost.

I thought you had to pay the difference between a child's ticket & an adult's ticket current rate for however many days were left on the ticket when you traded it up!

No you do not have to pay the difference in price between a child and an adult ticket if the children's ticket has been used at least once.
