When to call for free dining on Thursday?

Can somebody please confirm to me what time I need to call on thursday morning to get free dining? I think it is 7 am eastern, which would be 6 am for me, but I just want to make sure...also want to make sure I have the phone number right?

Also, does anybody know if you can book it online instead? Does anybody have any experience with doing it this way instead?

Any thoughts would be appreciated!!! Thanks

I was on hold for 1 1/2 hours when it opened for Visa Holders, so be prepared, I would also suggest using a landline versus a cell unless you have too
BUT
It was worth it!

I just called (7:45 am CST) and was on hold for about 2 minutes. I simply asked if the free DDP for the general public was available yet. The CM I spoke to said they are not familiar with that promotion, and currently it's only available to Disney Visa card holders...

Has anyone else had success?

Edit...okay...I guess I was a bit too ambitious. For some silly reason I was thinking today is the 12th...doh! So, I guess I need to wait till tomorrow. My bad...

Either call right at 6am central or around 3 or 4 pm central. I read on here the horror stories of people on hold for 1-2 hours so I waited until I was off work and at home with all my disney info in front of me. I didnt even hear music I got through to a CM so fast. They are releasing more rooms for tomorrow than were available to the disney visa bookings so I would just wait till afternoon.

Personally, if you have the time to spare, I'd call at 7AM EST (6AM your time) and prepare for a wait. I called at 6:59AM and was on hold for only 15 minutes, but there were reports of many others struggling with 90+ minute wait times.

I have the Visa & called at 7:20 on Monday morning. I was cozy laying in my bed listening to all the fun Disney songs until my great CM Danielle answered my call at......8:45!!! I did get what I wanted so of course it was worth it. If you have the time, call in the morning. If not, try to wait until everyone else is at work. Last year I booked the package with free dining online. I didn't book it immediately when the package came out, but a couple of weeks later. Still, I had no problem getting what and when I wanted. Is it that different this year?
