When to buy tickets

We have a trip planned for November 5th-12 this year and not sure when to purchase our tickets. We will most likley be doing 4 days in thr parks and still debating on park hooping. Does anyone know when ticket prices typically increase.

There is no long-standing typical time, especially with the pandemic changes.

Buy when you are sure you are going (which may be affected by unknown upcoming changes in, well, EVERYTHING.)

Yeah it's hard to say.

You want to get tickets early enough that you have full pick at the park reservations. The fall is going to busy. For us we went ahead and bought tickets 4 months early because we knew even if we have to cancel for some reason, we'd eventually go back to WDW at some point to use the tickets.

I cannot answer your specific question about the timing of ticket price increases, however, we had the same debate this past weekend. We are going this October and had all the credits from our cancelled October 2020 trip. We decided to welcome in 2021 on a happy and optimistic note. We booked everything and purchased our four day park tickets yesterday.
