When should we expect ME info?

We received our Magic Bands and a packet that contained our package itinerary and generic luggage tags. However, there was no mention of magical express or the yellow tags that we're suppose to use. I did add ME after I booked the trip so maybe that's what's causing the delay. Should I be expecting this information separately?
