When should I hear from the Towncar service??

I booked Tiffany Towncar to pick us up Thanksgiving night. I booked yesterday but still have not received any confirmation from them. When should I hear something?

The last time I booked with Tiffany's, they sent me a confirmation the next day. You could always call them to see if they've received your reservation request

I received mine about 24 hours later. You should probably get it soon...

Happy Limo always responds within 24 hours (and often the same day). I imagine that would (or should) be pretty standard, especially if your date is not far away.

I called Tiffany 800 # a few months ago. Should I have received anything in the mail or on the internet to confirm. They did give me a confirmation # over the phone. Should I have received something in writing?

yooperfan, I believe that you only receive something in writing if you booked on-line. I got my on-line confirmation a day or so later. All you really need is the confirmation number. I have had to change my pick-up times twice in the past and I have never gotten any response from them. But, I have called the 800# and double checked. All was fine. I would suggest calling the day before you leave to make sure they are all set.

I booked online a few nights ago, and got a confirmation email the next afternoon. They do tell you to call 24 hrs prior, to confirm.

I ended up calling them since I never got a confirmation. Seems I put a , instead of a . in my email address. They had all my information though and gave me the confirmation number. I feel much better now. Looking forward to using the Towncar service since this will be a 1st for us.
