When is the discount released Thursday?

That's a tough question to answer, since no one is 100% sure that the GP discounts will be released on Thursday.

I guess it depends if Disney updates their online system with the discounts. The VISA discounts were not online at 12:01am.

I just called to ask because I was wondering the same thing. The CM told me that in the past, the phones open at 7 and you can usually book online at 6 AM. I might wake hubby up early so we can do it before we go to work!

The RO discount is definitely available to the GP on Thursday, and as far as I know they become available at 6:01am.

thank you! so am I better off cancelling the reservation I have now and rebooking online at 6am? I don't think I can have 2 reservations for the same time frame correct?

Last year the discounts opened at 12:07 am edt on Thursday Oct 3 (Wed night).

I hope they do the same, but 6:01am edt seems the more likely answer based on the responses here.

i think you can have 2. you'll need to pay a new deposit on the new one though

you can have 2. Otherwise you wouldn't be able to book for other people in your party.

I was just talking online with a reservation specialist. She told me the special will be available online at 12:01 AM EST

For the Free Dining Discount for September, I was able to book at 4:00 am EST...weird time I know, but I stayed up glued to the DIS and the website, and that's when it appeared!

As far as I know the Disney visa was never offered online so don't think we can base it on that.
