The published deadline is October 31. I expect it will be extended beyond, but it will depend on the feeling of need by DVC.

I was told today by my guide that SSR is selling even faster than BCV. I was kind of surprised.

I also asked him if there will be better deals coming later, he said no and the price will go up once the resort opens up. Based on my experience with BCV, if this one follows the same pattern, this may be the best deal to buy into SSR.

I've been looking into this for about 3 years and last week we finally joined. I think if you are going to buy into DVC now is the time. If you can get your DVC sales rep to get you Dec. your a head by getting your 2003 points and you donot have to pay a full year of fees. I have a family of 5 and we did 255 pts.

Dean, I believe the selling faster is sales hype, but the price moving after opening - is that not a real possibility? What would the history of DVC be on price change after open?
