When I check in at the Swan

does my son have to be with us to get a key for him. My son probably won't be with us when we check in.... he has a friend who will be at WDW when we are there and will be with him. My question is, can we get a room key for him if he is not with us when we check in? Thanks for the info.

Sure...you only need 1 person to check in. They ask you how many keys you need, just tell them you want 3...no problem
