When/how do we get refillable mug?

We booked a deluxe dining plan which I believe cones with a mug. Where and when do we get the mug? At check-in? We are staying at bay lake tower if that helps. Thanks,

You will have "mug credits" on your KTTW card just like your dining credits, which you will use to pay for your mugs when you pick them up at the resort's CS restaurant (for you, it's the Contempo Cafe in the Contemporary's main building). That's also where you'll go to refill them.
