When doing add on, how long to get paperwork, points?

We talked to our guide on Tuesday to do a 50 point add-on. She took down our CC# for the deposit, and said the points should show up online in our account so we can bank them if we want in 1-2 days.

Well its friday, i know, only 3 days, but still no points, and the weird thing is they have not even authorized our CC for the deposit, I would have thought they would have done that first thing.

Does anyone know how long it takes to get the paperwork and have the points show up in your account?

Congratulations on the add on. We added on two weeks ago and we had points in our account within two days. According to our account on dvcmember.com we can't bank our points now. I believe they will not allow me to bank until it's closer to my closing date. I was able to make a reservation with my new points within three days.
As for the paper work, I received the contract within a week.

Don't trust the website when it comes to banking info. You should be able to bank the points the same day they appear in your account. Just call MS and they should be able to do it for you today.

Re: the timing, I've done two add-ons. With the first one the points were in my account 24 hours later. With the second one (AKV during the first week of sales) it took a week. I think it just depends on how busy MS Admin is at the time.

With my add-ons, the points always showed up on dvcmember.com the same day, the credit card charges followed the very next day, and the paperwork to be signed showed up 1 week later.

This has been my experience as well! I knew about my last add on even before my guide called to tell me the points came in.
