When does TL/BB Close & Reopen for Season?

In years past I've heard some years its either Typoon Lagoon or Blizzard Beach that close for the season/refurb (and at some point I know both are closed). When is a safe time to go, before the Florida heat sets in, that BOTH waterparks will be open full-time?

Weather permitting, there will always be at least one water park open.

Current refurbishment dates:
Blizzard Beach - closed 10/23/2016- 12/24/2016
Typhoon Lagoon - closed 12/25/2016- 3/11/2017
