When does the Food & Wine Schedule come out?

Does anyone know the date the Schedule for the Food & Wine Fest will be come out? I'm thinking it was either June 15 or July 15 but I'm probably totally off on that. Anyone know for sure?

I'd like to know too. I can't wait. Hopefully somethings will just fit into my already prepared schedule - I really don't want to change too much.

We haven't planned a thing for this trip! I'm hoping to do more of the F&W events instead. But I might just have to make some calls & see if I can still book a couple of our favs, just in case!

Last year, the first date to make reservations was July 31. I recall that in other years, the dates have been July 15 or July 25. There is no date yet for 2007.

The preliminary event schedule appears on WDWinfo.com and AllEarsNet.com about a week before reservations begin.

You can also call 1-407-WDW-DINE and check the official WDW website. However, in the past, the unofficial sites have had the information before the Disney Dining or the official WDW site.

The only published information so far is the schedule for the "Eat to the Beat" Concert Series at Epcot's America Gardens Theatre and a press release with a high-level summary of the 2007 event.

Last year I wrote an article, "Not Just Food Booths, The Other Side of the Epcot Food & Wine Festival," which discusses the types of events that are available during the F&W Festival.
