When does the buzz start if Free DDP happens

Now I don't mean the numerous threads that speculate about what the dates might be that I have been sure to add my 2 cents too (why is there no longer a "cent" key on the keyboard, I don't even thing the younger generation would know what it looked like if they saw one! )

but the buzz that I remember from last year right around this time that indicated, with absolute accuracy when free dining would be available to John Q Public and Disney Visa holders....

anyone have the dates when that "unofficial" but accurate news broke???

iirc, it was mid-march and the first site to post a specific rumor , with accurate dates, was touring plans. it showed up on all ears and eventually mousesavers.
you can be i have been checking each one daily!

I remember last year, some pretty reliable sources started listing dates. I believe some of the info came from some of our disboard friends who are in the travel business. Of course, some rumors from other unofficial disney websites too. After the rumor of dates hit, they ended up being exactly right, so someone out there knew and just let us know early. Of course, they were not my dates, so I didn't get to do the free ddp last year. We were all hoping for August and August was left out except the last couple of days.
