When does Downtown Disney Stores open?

We will be going on a Saturday to get away from the crowds of the weekend and to have a relaxing day shopping.. What times do things open up at DTD?

I'm pretty sure it varies some. The bakery is always open before I get there, but the shops are later. Rainforest cafe now opens early for breakfast also.

Almost all of the shops open at 10 am. The eateries open earlier, especially if serving breakfast. It's cool to watch DTD "come to life" in the morning.

How about Build A Bear? Does anyone know how late it stays open? We where hoping to hit it after Disneyland closes in Feb.
