Every direct purchase I made I waited until pretty much the last day to return the paperwork. In the end I did end up buying each contract, but I needed the 30 days to think about it and take some pressure off myself.

Does your guide keep contacting you to ask what's going on? If not, then I might wait quite a bit. At least until VGF2 prices are out.

Yes, he contacts me and I just say I haven't had a chance to do it yet which - is also true- also finding time to get paperwork notarized. I just use the 30 day as my marker for when everything needs to be back.

Quality Assurance contacts you, but they were very nice and not pushy. You do get reminder emails constantly. I just said I'll get around to it when I have a chance. In my case, it wasn't because of VGF2, I just had a lot going on at work and didn't have time to do the online notary.

Unless you notarize the final documents, they can't close.

As for backing out, I backed out after three weeks for another resort and they were accommodating. In that case, I did not sign the closing documents with the notary. Your mileage may vary.
